We have a support team dedicated to agency and vendor support. Our support team operates between 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday, and can be reached via the Zendesk support widget on the VendorAssist™ pages, or by emailing sellersupport@hudsonmx.com directly. For any system-wide urgencies or tickets, we offer extended support between 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. EST.
