Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced, fast learning and sharp enterprise marketing guru that can roll up their sleeves and drive change from day one. As Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, objectives and creation of all marketing content from slideware to one pagers to events. Learning the ins and outs of our business and every team very quickly, you will work across all departments to deliver required marketing collateral in record time. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you have perfect writings skills, an eye for design and are incredibly thorough. What will you do?

Learn our platform and offering inside out. Produce marketing content at a moment’s notice with ever-shifting objectives and incomplete briefs. Manage all product marketing including release notes documentation and in-platform notifications. Ensure our external-facing teams have the absolute best materials for their meetings. Keep all content up to date and never stop innovating. Put your stamp on the Hudson MX voice, look and feel. Work across teams and learn who to go to for information. Always ask questions, keep calm under pressure and be exceedingly organized. Be empowered to implement new processes and ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and meticulously maintain killer templates and content for meetings, presentations, digital channels, events and product releases

  • Work with external-facing teams to prep talking points and prepare content for client meetings

  • Manage internal and external written communication in email newsletters, in-platform notifications and knowledge base

  • Build and meticulously maintain all slideware and digital content with latest messaging

  • Work with Product and Customer Success to build and update training content

  • Define and track objectives for each marketing initiative

  • Develop Hudson MX’s voice to our customers at all levels

  • Help organize and manage events in the future

Requirements

  • 2+ years enterprise marketing experience

  • Excellent written communication skills are essential to this role

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Google Slides knowledge required

  • Proven track record of delivering great content and driving impact

  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills

  • Design-making and design software experience is preferred

  • Digital marketing experience a plus

  • Media and/or AdTech industry experience also a strong plus
