For anyone interested in stretching their analytical skills in complex and increasingly technical ways, our Data Ops team is a great place to land. We’re moving rapidly, and in some very interesting directions – and the scope and level of our data work are only growing. (Data science will be part of the Ops team in the not-too-distant future.)

Data Ops plays a central role in the health of our accounts. We manage a variety of technical and data-intensive projects that help our customers to do their jobs smarter and more efficiently. When customers experience 0 friction in our platform, it’s proof that we can help steward them through large, complex technical and process changes – and ultimately, enable them to reach new heights in their business operations. Data ops team members are on the front lines of making this happen, and the attentiveness and quality of our work directly affect our ability to build and develop successful client relationships.

What does a typical day look like?

The short answer: it varies. But generally, you can expect to do some mix of the following:

  • Work with colleagues in Sales and Customer Success to gather client reqs and plan the technical onboarding of new accounts.

  • Execute flawlessly on technical roll-out plans, giving our clients the smoothest possible onboarding experience.

  • Help keep existing accounts flying forward by successfully planning, configuring, and rolling out new features (and new products) on an ongoing basis.

  • Work closely with Customer Success and Product to inform discussions about potential features and trainings needed to promote user adoption and engagement.

Sound Interesting? You might be a great fit if some of the following are true:

  • You’ve graduated from a top-tier college/university (or are about to) with a clear record of achievement in an analytical discipline.

  • You have experience working in a fast-paced, yet highly detail-oriented job/internship.

  • You’re comfortable with small group presentations and on-the-spot problem solving (this position will require some client interaction).

  • You are fluent in data manipulation: Knowing your way around Excel will come in handy. Bonus points for SQL.

  • You see yourself as a work in progress and take the initiative, on your own time, to learn skills in areas that interest you.

  • Prior media experience is not a requirement. We’ll help you learn the lingo and customer needs under the guidance and leadership of a deeply experienced and highly-regarded team of media, business and technology experts.
